Admin Support Clerk jobs Vacancy, We are urgently looking for an experienced and talented Admin Support Clerk for our firm, location Abu Dhabi.
Job Description:
Support sales staff in handling and documenting customer accounts.
Perform competitor product analysis and prepare reports.
Prepare and reconcile customer balances.
Assist and support administrative staff in their day to day operations.
Assist and coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
Conduct marketing research, document and report to the marketing department.
Correct discrepancies in customer account balances.
Supporting sales staff in handling and documenting customer accounts
Documentation and reporting to the marketing department
Preparing reports on competitor product analysis
Correcting the discrepancies in the customer account balances
Job Skills :
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Mathematical Skills, above average ability
Must be able to interact and communicate with all levels of personnel within the organization
Ability to multi task and handle a high volume workflow
Must be able to meet schedule deadlines
Solve problems or issues that come up
Concentrate and focus for extended periods of time
