Job Description :
Coordinate meetings, arrange for conference rooms, equipment and organize material for meetings, presentations, and training sessions on the share drives while maintaining version control.
Prepare, collect, review, and distribute meeting agendas, information packets, and meeting minutes.
Creating and maintaining schedules, organizing and filing important documents, and entering information into database applications including setting up meeting and taking notes.
Skills :
Microsoft Office skills
Word, Excel and Power Point
written and verbal communications skills
Requirements :
Should be located in Saudi Arabia
3-8 years of experience as Admin Support Staff
