Administration and After Sales Supervisor
FASHION BOUTIQUE MALL OF THE EMIRATES
Reporting to the Boutique Manager of Mall of the Emirates Fashion Boutique, this position will be a true support on the administrative and after sales subjects.
Your main responsibilities are:
Administration :
-Application and follow up on the Permits needed in the Mall in order to make sure that the Boutique has all the necessary permits to operate
-Handle the petty cash
-Coordinate orders and check the invoices from the different suppliers for the Boutique (LPO, Business cards)
-Organize and manage the travels for the Mall of the Emirates Boutique team
-In charge of creating and updating the schedule according to the Company guidelines
-Follow up and be the main point of contact for IT subjects for the Boutique
After Sales Service :
-Coordinate the process and communication for Local Repair and Overseas Repair
-Coordinate the process and communication with the clients
-Boutique support / training for Repair related issues
-Spare part management for RTW
-Prepare monthly reports and analysis
-Monitor the quality of repairs
The desired candidate will be well organized and dedicated to his/her role and responsibilities. The candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Ability to speak and write in Arabic is a true advantage. Excellent spoken and written English skills are a must.
