Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
*Maintaining employee database management systems in coordination with HR & Finance.
*Recommending updates to the system when required.
*Managing and monitoring back-up
*Assisting the Principal and Admin Manager.
*Preparation of work schedule for routine activities on Housekeeping Services, Stationary Maintenance etc
*Verification of records and quality of work performed by housekeeping staff.
*Updating the inventory of consumables and reordering as required.
*To keep the principal fully informed about all areas of responsibilities and manage all issues that arise.
*Procurement and inventory management of all consumables pertaining to housekeeping and stationary supplies
Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience as administration manager minimum 5 years
*In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
*Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
*Proficient in MS Office
*An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
*Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
*With Bachelor's degree (credentials should be attested from home country and UAE embassy)
