Administration Specialist Jobs Vacancy, We are looking for experienced and talented Administration Specialist for our firm , location Dubai.
Job Description:
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Department
• Raise internal and external purchase orders
• Open jobs on the system
• Quote opportunities on the system
• Monitor the progress of sales orders and follow up with clients and suppliers as required
• Generate reports
• Generate and issue invoices
• Assist the Accounts team when required
Job Requirements:
• Sound working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organised and able to meet work deadlines
• The ability to work well as a team member and use own initiative
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and committed to delivering HS&E excellence
• Current Queensland Driver s Licence
• Analytical Skills
• Interpersonal Understanding
• Flexibility
