The administrative assistant will be responsible for greeting guests and assisting in meetings requirements, copy, fax sending, typing, editing, time sheet filling for other parties, operator's tasks etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Administrative role
- Diploma, Certificate or Bachelor degree is requires
- Strong communications skills (Verbal and writing)
- Very Organized
- Strong Ms Office skills (Word, basic Excel, Power Point...)
- Very good command of English is required
