Job Description
-Maintaining office files, attending all telephone calls, maintaining diaries, arranging appointments, taking messages, typing and filing, organizing meetings.
-Handle routine memorandum and business correspondence.
- Provide the required assistance for the Secretary to the Board in terms of follow up & coordination of all administrative tasks related to Board & Investors Relations.
-Prepare the agenda , inform the Board of the date and time of meetings, upload the items in the tablets.
-Prepares the agenda together with the appropriate documentation for Board of Directors meeting, BRMC, BNRC, BLC, BAC and Board meeting.
- Provide quarterly and monthly reports to Central Bank of Kuwait and KCC regarding the CBK Treasury shares and the major shareholders.
-Provide assistance to the queries of all external Auditors, Internal Auditors and other departments in the bank in regard to the minutes of board meeting committees and other regulatory issues.
-Good organizational and administrative ability towards the smooth running of the department.
-To streamline day-to-day sprint of the department.
-Prompt delivery of assigned tasks.
-Accuracy of work done.
-Thinking within standard instructions and well defined procedures.
-Use of Office Business Machines - Personal Computer (MS-Office packages, Graphics and presentation software tools), Office Equipment.
-Proficient in Bilingual Languages - Arabic & English (Good punctuation, grammar & vocabulary and business writing)
-Analytical & problem solving
-Interpersonal - Pleasing personality, neat & professional appearance
