Job Summary
• Assist BOD Affairs Manager in Supporting the Board of Directors to organize the Board meetings.
• Facilitate overall logistics support for Board meetings: event preparation, board members travels (itineraries, hotel bookings ), document gathering.
• Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.
• Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
• Administer communication and documentation coming from BOD Affairs Manager.
• Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements).
• Adherence to the code of conduct.
Educational Qualifications & Certification
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
Experience Required
• 3-4 years of relevant experience
