An Engineering and Contracting company is looking for an Administrative Assistant for its office in Jbeil.
Skills and Qualifications:
- University Degree in Administration or Equivalent
- Two to five years experience in a similar position, preferably in the Contracting field
- Excellent standard of written English
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel; AutoCad is a Plus.
- High level of multitasking and Organization skills are a must
Job Description;
Assist the GM in his daily activities and operations and administrative tasks
Manage daily office activities
Manage key projects and assist in the preparation of monthly reports
Regularly review and document key procedures
