Job functions:
- Answer phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings
- Write and distribute emails
- Maintain contact list
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Working knowledge of office equipment such as printers and fax machines
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in French is a must
- High School degree, additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
