Administrative Clerk Job vacancy, we are looking for experienced and talented Administrative Clerk for Dubai. Category Administrative Clerk/ Administration Jobs.
Job Responsibilities
• Compile and run Weekly and Monthly Departmental Reports
• Record keeping of all admin for the maintenance department such as Filling, Quotes, purchase orders etc
• Record keeping and administration of leave of departmental staff
• Create work orders on SAP
• Create purchase requisitions on SAP
• General Admin tasks as required by the maintenance manager
Job Requirements
• Matric
• Computer literate
• Knowledge and experience working on SAP
• Previous experience working in a maintenance department environment
• 2-5 year previous work experience in a similar position
