• Assists the course instructor / group of course instructors.
• Coordinates with department Administrative Assistants as needed.
• Compilation of course file and report
• Prepare Course Syllabus (the initial format without content)
• Take attendance .
• Arrange for field trips and guest speakers
• Co-proctor in major exams across all courses whenever available.
• Assist in group projects and presentations
• Organize with students on practical projects in some courses
