- Handle Head Office (HO) petty cash and payment of utilities and other related expenditures.
- Prepare cheques & cheques table and send to Finance Department every end of the month;
- Monitor credit card payments, service charges of the properties and payable invoices;
- Report the details of cheque deposits and bank transfers to Finance Department;
- Support the Head of Medical Licensing & Regulatory Affairs;
- Provide the required papers for the residency and licensing procedures such as employees documents, their Labour contract details, NOC Letter, Appointing Letter etc.;
- Check the Labour contracts of the employees before asking them to sign;
- Track the vaccination schedules of the employees and coordinate with the Branch Managers about it
- Interview prospective clients and accompany them to property site/s for viewing;
- Cooperate with numbers of property network such as contractors, home inspectors and other involved parties;
- Promote properties through advertisements and participation in multiple listing services;
- Be knowledgeable in important legal documents (contracts, agreements, etc.); and
- Stay up-to-date on UAE Real Estate policies, guidelines, rates, property features and availability.
- Collect all the original HR documents from each Silkor centers in GCC to be filed at the UAE Head Office, as per the HR list provided by the Senior HR Executive;
- Manage the transportation schedule of the eligible staffs, doctors, and guests;
- Receive and distribute the products from HO-Lebanon to UAE branches;
- Prepare Silkor Certificates as and when required;
