Administrative Coordinator jobs Vacancy, We are urgently looking for an experienced and talented Administrative Coordinator for our firm, location Abu Dhabi .
Job Description:
• Organise key events for the Account Team.
• To administer relevant account management tasks
• Delivery of targets as per work plan
• Review time sheets and reports and input payroll.
• Monitor budget activities and analyze trends.
• Participate or handle special projects as appropriate.
• Support the Customer Team in the organisation and delivery of key initiatives.
• Other responsibilities as defined by team.


Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Active listening & Critical thinking
• Ability to tell when something is a problem or wrong and elevate as needed
• Ability to multi task
• Computer kledge
• Kledge of basic arithmetic
• Oral & Written communication
• Ability to problem solve and learn from past experiences
• Inductive/deductive reasoning
