Data Management & Reporting

  • Enter, update, verify, and maintain records across various company systems.
  • Generate routine reports and summaries for management review.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with record retention and compliance requirements.
  • Track departmental metrics and compile administrative reports.
  • Support auditing and documentation processes as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Associate degree, vocational training, or relevant coursework is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or equivalent productivity software.
