Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Manager to oversee and enhance the administrative operations across the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supervising staff, developing procedures and workflows, coordinating with external stakeholders, and supporting HR and purchasing functions.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, HR, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 7 years of experience in administrative management or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of administrative operations, HR practices, and purchasing procedures.
- Previous experience in creating or developing internal administrative systems .
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good command of the English language.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Experience dealing with governmental authorities is an advantage.
