1. Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and faxes messages.
2. Welcome company s visitors.
3. Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence hard and soft copies.
4. Writing letters, offers and confidential documents related to top management.
5. Responsible of maintaining official and legal company documents up to date, (including insurance policies, commercial register, etc.)
6. Coordination with procurement department with regards to policies expirations and renewals.
7. Provide word-processing and secretarial support.
8. Responsible of company documents archive.
9. Assisting in HR department filing and on spot demands.
10. Responsible of Daily reports filing and data entry.
11. Additional duties as directed by Top Management.
