Wanted Administrative Secretary in UAE.
Arrange traveling and accommodations for business meetings.
Research various information for several employees as needed.
To screen phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them appropriately.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
High School degree.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Two years experience in same field.
