The candidate should be fluent in Spanish (She should read, speak and write fluently the Spanish language)
1- Work closely with the CEO to keep her informed of and prepared for upcoming commitments and responsibilities, and to ensure an appropriate follow up.
2- In charge of all written communications (e , letters...) mails to external use in Spanish.
3- Travels and assist in meetings whenever it is requested form her.
4- Takes and prepares MOM also ensures that they are properly filed and recorded in predetermined systems.
5- Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation.
6- Review contracts, Agreements, and be able to make the appropriate modifications.
7- Translation of document.
