Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Support sales team in achieving targets through analysis, lead forwarding, tender submissions, customer inquiries, data compilation, coordination, and other duties:


· Assisting the sales team in the achievement of sales targets by doing quote or order stage analysis

· Receiving incoming customer calls and emails and ensuring to forward the leads to the appropriate internal parties

· Preparing and creating tender submissions, organizing related compliance documentations, vendor registrations for new customers, vendor registration renewals and other related tasks in a timely and efficient manner and in coordination with the relevant internal parties

· Processing customer inquiries, preparing techno-commercial proposals in coordination with line manager and sales team


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma / Degree in Management or a relevant subject
  • 1 - 3 Years of experience and / or a combination of experience and education.
