Job Description
Job Requirement :
Deal with phone calls and emails
Organize and store paperwork and documents
Schedule and attend meetings and create agendas
Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts
Order and maintain stationery and equipment
Use a variety of software packages (including Excel, word ,and power point ) to manage data and produce documents
Desired Candidate Profile :
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Excellent Writing skills
Excellent Communication skills
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Bachelors Degree
