Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and design brochures, flyers, company profiles, presentations, and other marketing materials
  • Ensure all content aligns with branding and communication standards
  • Create and format technical/project-related documentation for marketing purposes
  • Maintain consistency in messaging, structure, and visual identity across all materials
  • Support exhibition materials, giveaways, social media content, website updates, and photography

Graphic Design & Visual Content

  • Create high-quality visual content using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Apply structured layouts, typography, and corporate design principles
  • Enhance and update existing materials to improve clarity and visual impact
  • Standardize and upgrade document presentations

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and understand requirements
  • Translate technical inputs into professional marketing outputs
  • Coordinate with external vendors including printing, design, and marketing agencies

Content Management & Quality Control

  • Maintain and update marketing material repositories
  • Ensure document accuracy, consistency, and version control
  • Adhere to project timelines and deliverables

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field

Experience

  • 2 5 years of experience in marketing content development or graphic design
  • Experience in corporate, industrial, or B2B environments preferred

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word)
  • Basic content writing and editing skills
