Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Own and grow our affiliate programmes across all four group brands in the US, UK, and EU.
Build and manage direct affiliate partnerships with publishers, comparison sites, and vertical media (men's health, weight loss, longevity, lifestyle)
Manage existing and new affiliate network relationships — Katalys, Impact, Awin, CJ, ShareASale, Rakuten, Partnerize
Run influencer outreach across the US, UK, and EU — sourcing, vetting, pitching, negotiating, onboarding, and managing creators on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X
Build and own a structured outreach pipeline — research targets, send cold pitches, manage the CRM, follow up systematically
Negotiate commercial terms — CPA, RevShare, hybrid, flat-fee, and gifting deals
Coordinate with developers on tracking integration — postbacks, S2S via Cloudflare Workers, conversion attribution
Manage creative briefs, content approvals, and compliance review for influencer content (critical in pharma/telehealth)
Track and report on partner performance — revenue, ROAS by partner, cohort LTV, payout reconciliation
Develop earned-media and partnership angles with fintech/lifestyle platforms (Trading 212, Soho House, Capital on Tap, Monzo, Starling) and vertical publishers (Muscle & Fitness, Maxim, Top10 com ConsumersAdvocate org)
Stay across affiliate and creator compliance — FTC (US), ASA/CAP (UK), and EU advertising standards for telehealth
Work full-time, in-office, from our Dubai office, Sunday to Thursday
Desired Candidate Profile
3 to 5 years of experience in affiliate management, performance partnerships, or influencer marketing — with demonstrable revenue results
Direct hands-on experience managing programmes across at least two of: US, UK, EU (all three is a strong plus)
Confident with affiliate platforms — Impact, Awin, CJ, ShareASale, Rakuten, Partnerize, or similar
Proven influencer outreach experience — you've personally pitched, signed, and managed creators (not just briefed an agency)
Strong negotiation skills — comfortable agreeing CPA, RevShare, hybrid, and flat-fee deals
Excellent written English — your outreach emails are the product
Confident across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X as marketing channels
Highly organised — able to manage 50+ active partnerships simultaneously across multiple time zones
Comfortable with regulated verticals (healthcare, pharma, telehealth, finance) and the disclosure rules that come with them
Currently based in the UAE (or able to relocate at your own cost within 4 weeks)
Bonus: Experience with telehealth, supplements, or DTC health brands
Bonus: Familiarity with tracking infrastructure (postbacks, gtag, S2S, Cloudflare Workers)
Bonus: Existing relationships with creators or publishers in wellness, men's health, weight loss, or longevity
Bonus: PR or earned-media experience
