Job Elements:
- Unit: Agent Network
- Department: Agent Network & Business Development
- Working hours: Monday till Friday: from 08:30 a.m. till 05:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. till 1:00 p.m. with 1 Saturday off out of 2 Saturdays after completing the 3-month probation period successfully
- Job location: Outdoor: North areas with periodic visits to Head Office: Badaro, Beirut
Reporting to:
- Deputy Agent Network & Business Development Manager
The Agent Network Representative is responsible for achieving growth of OMT agent network within an assigned geographical area across Lebanon by effectively promoting the company's services and supplying agents with necessary merchandizing materials. He will participate in developing networks through establishing and maintaining excellent customer-relationships with OMT current and potential agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and assist in developing and maintaining business relationships with current and potential agents in the assigned area serving to generate new businesses
- Provide frontline support to OMT agents, assess their needs and provide timely information or assistance
- Support OMT agents in the assigned area of operations through telephone calls and in-person visits
- Assist new agents in the process of obtaining OMT services by advising on legal documents, related procedures, system usage and marketing display
- Ensure periodic visits to existing agents and distribute needed materials and promotional items
- Report and inform Agent Network Officers on requests received from clients regarding opening new OMT locations; submit their related data and information
- Gather and report information regarding existing/potential agents to Agent Network unit and participate in assessing agent network performance
- Stay up-to-date on OMT services, market conditions and competitive activities
- Check agents service delivery and their knowledge of OMT services; deliver them refresher trainings where needed. Communicate with Learning & Development Unit on identified agents gaps and lack of knowledge while delivering the service
- Perform any other duties related to his/her scope of work and competencies needed in order to meet the ongoing organizational needs.
Job specifications:
- Education: Bachelor/ technical degree or its equivalent in experience
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in outdoor sales or distribution of products/services. Supply chain experience is a plus
- Languages: Advanced in Arabic, Basic in English written & spoken
- Computer skills: Advanced knowledge in Ms. Office
- Physical Demands: The job operates frequently outside OMT Head-Office and requires driving company s manual car and carrying low weights (transporting, placing, taking out documents, tools, small products)
