UK / EU Nationals) * Job Title: Agile Coach * Client: Leading Middle East Airline * Location: Dubai, UAE * Rate: 550 GBP / day(negotiable) Tax free * Contract duration: 12 months (extendable) ** Looking for candidates who are willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE** "Welcome aboard the Worlds Best Airline on its Digital Transformation Journey" Be part of a multi-cultural / international team of top Transformation and Digital experts Put your mark on their transformation journey and be part of defining the future of travel Job Overview: * The Agile Coach will be responsible for designing and roll out of strategy for the organisational adoption of Agile in the business. * This includes every stage of adoption, from the introduction of Agile and employee education, to fostering teams and cultures that practice Agile, to sustaining Agile methodologies and continually offering strategies for improvement. * The role will also be responsible for delivering corporate change programmes using agile or blended delivery approaches to drive organisational change. Required Experience: * 5-8 Experience implementing Scrum methodology from the ground up for multiple teams * 3+ years Agile Coaching (ability to coach multiple teams in the principles of Agile and the practices of Scrum / Kanban) * 8+ years of Project Management experience managing multiple teams of resources * Self-starter with Consultant Mentality - Need to be able to coach and guide the client and teams * Ability to manage and engage with senior level relationships * Experience leading multiple simultaneous projects/detailed delivery objectives * Strong communication/presentation skills to effectively interact with clients, internal teams and leadership * Certified as Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or Certified SAFe Scrum or Advanced Scrum Master or equivalent Responsibilities: * Develop a strategy for the organisational adoption of Agile in the business. Actively drive and support the company transformation from traditional methodologies to Agile / Scrum practices. Develop enterprise wide Agile delivery framework. * Develop an agile service line within the Corporate Programme Management Office (CPMO) to support the business. Create and maintain training materials to deliver across the organisation. Research and continuously improve delivery methodology and tools. * Implement processes, practices, and tools that allow for multiple paths of delivery. I.e., create simplified, consistent, reusable, efficient and flexible methodologies. Provide hands on coaching to multiple teams in the principles of Agile or blended methodology. * Act as a champion and an agile / consultancy scrum coach for the internal consultancy or business teams. Will also act as a coach for product / project owners and teams of the CPMO clients in the business. * Carry out maturity assessments on project delivery for business departments to identify how Agile methodologies can enhance approach and output. * Collaborate with business delivery teams / partners in client departments to transition to Agile delivery methods. Coach and mentor the organisation to facilitate adoption and maturity. Collaborate with teams on measurable improvements. * Lead and influence multiple IT and business stakeholders across the organisation, including those more senior on best practices. * Guide teams into the Agile methodology, providing employees with feedback and means of improvement. Provide hands-on support to all employees, collaborating with people across widely varying levels and roles, leading teams toward further understanding and adoption of Agile as well as overall company growth and improvement. * Act as Scrum Master or project manager to deliver initiatives in the corporate portfolio of projects and programmes and lead by example. * Generate new or unique solutions and embrace new ideas that help sustain our business (encompassing everything from continuous improvement to new product and package innovation). Use techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and promote a culture of experimentation and innovation
