Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative agricultural machinery and equipment to improve farming efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new agricultural projects to ensure economic viability.
- Collaborate with agronomists and farmers to implement sustainable practices that enhance crop yield and soil health.
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed engineering plans and specifications for agricultural systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering or related field, with a strong foundation in engineering principles and agricultural science.
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in agricultural machinery design or agronomy, preferably in a field role.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or similar certification is highly desirable for credibility and career advancement.
- Proven experience with CAD software and agricultural modeling tools for effective design and simulation.
