Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper soil management, plant nutrition, and efficient irrigation system performance.
  • Advise on pest control, fertilization schedules, and eco-friendly landscaping solutions.
  • Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality green regulations and sustainability standards.
  • Select suitable plants for seasonal planting, disease prevention, and landscape enhancement.
  • Provide expert advice on the use of local vs imported plants and long-term maintenance strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or related field (Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture).
  • 3–56 years of relevant UAE/GCC experience in agricultural/landscaping projects.
  • Strong understanding of Dubai Municipality landscaping regulations and environmental guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Passion for sustainable agriculture and environmental best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and team collaboration skills.
