Agricultural Site Engineer

This role is ideal for an agricultural engineering graduate with proven experience as a site or project engineer. They will be responsible for running day-to-day site operations, coordinating and supervising field teams, and ensuring all agronomy and grounds projects are executed efficiently. While golf-specific knowledge is not required, they must bring strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to lead people and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to standard.
• Lead and supervise multi-disciplinary field teams, allocating tasks and monitoring performance.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and management for smooth workflow.
• Apply engineering knowledge to irrigation systems, turf maintenance, and grounds infrastructure.
• Track project progress, resolve issues, and report regularly to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering (or closely related discipline).
• 2–5 years’ experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer in agriculture, landscaping, or construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with proven ability to manage teams.
• Hands-on problem solver with organizational discipline and willingness to learn new industry skills.
• Based in the UAE or open to relocation.
