Roles & Responsibilities
Role & responsibilities
- Should be able to manage complete crop cycle of microgreen, herbs, flowers, sweet peppers, Tomatoes, lattice, cucumber.
- Must be an expert in fertigation, I.P.M, Climate control system.
- Must have knowledge of SOP's, norms, of raw material procurement used in Green house.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have handsome experience of Hydrophonics, Microgreens, Vertical, Green houses Management in Dubai/Saudi.
- Gulf experience will an added benefit
- Minimum 50 Years age preferred.
- Male preferred
- Arabic language must be know and will an additional benefit.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of plant and soil science
- Communication and advisory skills
- Data interpretation abilities
- Attention to detail
- Understanding of agricultural technologies
