Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Process Analysis: Map existing manual workflows and develop strategic roadmaps for automation.

  • Workflow Development: Build and deploy robust AI agents and automated sequences to support HR, Finance, and Project Management.

  • Integration Management: Connect disparate software systems via REST APIs and webhooks to ensure seamless data flow.

  • Strategic Advisory: Act as the internal subject matter expert for AI trends and process improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Technical Requirements:

  • Tools: Expert knowledge of n8n, Make, or Zapier.

  • AI Models: Hands-on experience with GPT-4/Claude and AI agent deployment.

  • Logic: Proficiency in JSON, Webhooks, and API structures.

  • Language: Native or professional-level fluency in English.

Application Requirements:

  • Candidates must be available for full-time, on-site employment in Abu Dhabi.

  • A background in industrial engineering environments is preferred.
