AI Engineer - AI Agent Development Brocode Solutions

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer whose primary responsibility will be to design, build, deploy, and maintain AI agents that automate business workflows, decision-making, and document/data processing tasks.

The role is focused on AI system engineering and agent orchestration, not frontend application development.

The candidate will build scalable AI-driven systems that integrate with enterprise platforms, workflow engines, storage systems, and internal APIs.

Primary Role Objective Design and implement production-grade AI Agents that can: • Execute multi-step reasoning workflows • Use tools (APIs, databases, storage, workflow engines) • Process documents and structured data • Automate business decisions • Operate reliably in enterprise environments Key Responsibilities AI Agent Architecture & Development • Design and build AI agents for workflow automation • Implement multi-step reasoning using LLM orchestration frameworks • Build tool-using agents (API calls, database queries, storage interaction) • Implement agent memory (short-term and long-term context handling) • Design agent safety, guardrails, and fallback logic • Build reusable agent templates and orchestration pipelines AI Agent Lifecycle Management • Agent deployment and version control • Performance monitoring and cost tracking • Logging, telemetry, and audit trail implementation • Continuous improvement and optimization Enterprise Integration Integrate AI agents with: • Backend APIs (Django / FastAPI / Node services) • Workflow engines (n8n / Temporal / Airflow) • Storage systems (MinIO / S3 / Azure Blob) • Databases (Postgres / MongoDB / Redis) Enterprise AI Use Cases • Document automation (PDF, Excel, report generation) • Workflow automation (approvals, validations, notifications) • Knowledge assistants • Data extraction and classification • Predictive automation AI Agent Frameworks Experience with one or more: • LangChain / LangGraph • CrewAI • AutoGen • OpenAI Assistants API • Custom agent orchestration systems Programming • Python — Mandatory • Strong API design experience Data & Infrastructure • Docker and containerized deployments • Redis (state / caching / queueing) • Object storage integration (MinIO / S3) • SQL database experience (Postgres preferred)
