Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement AI algorithms and models to improve system performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address AI-related challenges and opportunities.
  • Research and stay current on AI technologies and best practices to inform project decision-making.
  • Design and conduct experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of AI solutions and optimize for desired outcomes.
  • Create and maintain documentation for AI systems, including data models, processes, and performance metric
  • Provide technical expertise and support for AI-related projects, including troubleshooting and resolution of issues.
  • Communicate complex AI concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to extract actionable insights, driving informed decision-making across teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing systems, enhancing overall operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in AI technology, applying cutting-edge techniques to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials to educate team members on AI tools and methodologies.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications for AI projects.
  • Lead research initiatives to explore new algorithms and frameworks, contributing to the organization's knowledge base.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in AI and machine learning, demonstrating a solid track record of successful project implementations.
  • Familiarity with industry-leading AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras, ensuring versatility in model development.
  • Proven expertise in programming languages like Python or R, enabling efficient code development and data manipulation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex challenges creatively and effectively.
  • Fluency in English is essential, while additional language skills are a plus to engage with a global audience.
