Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Design and ship production-grade AI automations combining LLMs + integrations + orchestration + monitoring.

  2. Architect end-to-end workflows: triage, routing, enrichment, follow-ups, notifications.

  3. Integrate systems using REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and databases (CRM/helpdesk, Google Workspace, messaging channels, etc.).

  4. Implement robust reliability logic: retries, fallbacks, rate limits, error handling, idempotency.

  5. Create and maintain standards for documentation, versioning, testing, and release.

  6. Set up logging/monitoring and AI output quality checks (evaluations, regression checks).

  7. Work closely with Ops / Marketing / Sales to turn real business needs into automations that run reliably.

Desired Candidate Profile


Must-have

  • Proven hands-on experience building automation workflows using tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Pipedream, or custom systems.

  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON payloads, event triggers, and authentication methods (OAuth and API keys).

  • Solid experience working with LLMs including prompting, tool or function calling, retrieval (RAG) when needed, and guardrails.

  • Strong in at least one programming language: Python, JavaScript, or Google Apps Script.

  • Engineering mindset: detail-oriented, structured, reliable, documentation-first, and testing-focused.

  • Fluent English (written and spoken).


Nice-to-have

  • Experience with messaging and customer platforms, course or membership systems, helpdesk tools, CRM tools, and spreadsheet automations.

  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools, prompt evaluation frameworks, and experimentation.

  • Security and privacy awareness including PII handling, access control, and audit trails.
