Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex AC system malfunctions, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to pinpoint issues accurately.
  • Perform routine maintenance on a wide range of AC units, including filter replacements, coil cleaning, and refrigerant level checks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Install new AC systems and components, ensuring precise alignment and adherence to manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines.
  • Repair or replace faulty AC parts, such as compressors, condensers, and evaporators, demonstrating proficiency in brazing, soldering, and electrical wiring.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical degree in HVAC/R is preferred.
  • Holds relevant certifications, such as EPA 608 certification for refrigerant handling.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the AC industry, working on a variety of residential and commercial systems.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of AC system components, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control systems.
