Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all on-site HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
  • Supervise a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing work environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify and troubleshoot issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Manage inventory of HVAC parts and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient utilization of resources.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose and resolve complex HVAC system problems.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports on work progress, material usage, and labor hours to facilitate effective project management.
  • Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and industry best practices, implementing innovative solutions to improve system efficiency.
  • Respond to emergency service calls promptly and effectively, providing timely solutions to critical HVAC system failures.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Holds Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance of chillers in and all other A/C works in G.C.C.

- Professional in reading drawings and management of manpower on site.

- Fluent in English.
