If you re passionate about aircraft interiors, hands-on repair work, and delivering the highest standards of quality, this is your opportunity to join a global MRO leader and help shape the future of aviation.As a Cabin Technician, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and play a critical role in maintaining aircraft interiors, ensuring safety, comfort, and compliance at every stage.Role and ResponsibilitiesMaintain seats, panels, and all aircraft interior components under maintenance, including cleaning, inspection, and repair, in accordance with applicable AMMsCarry out all work in compliance with company, health, and safety regulations as well as airport proceduresMaintain a FOD-free work area and ensure the bay is clean before and after tasksPrepare all required materials, parts, tools, and documentation at the beginning of each shiftReturn all unused serviceable and unserviceable items to stores with correct labelingMaintain equipment and premises in a clean, safe, and serviceable conditionEnsure all items taken from stores are correctly labeled before being delivered to the aircraftDemonstrate professionalism when interacting with customers and colleaguesStay current on new Technical Notices, Quality Notices, and relevant updatesParticipate in required training programs to enhance skills and performanceEnsure all work performed adheres to company procedures, regulations, and safety standardsFollow the Safety & Quality Management Plan (SQMP) and actively contribute to workplace safety initiativesSkills And ExperienceCompletion of formal aircraft apprenticeship or equivalent qualificationMinimum 5 years of experience in an aircraft maintenance environmentAt least 3 years of experience working specifically as a Cabin TechnicianAbility to interpret manufacturer drawings, SRMs, and AMMs accuratelyMust meet qualifying criteria for all required security clearancesStrong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environmentFlexible and adaptable to changing maintenance and operational requirementsWhy Join UsAt STS Aviation Services, you ll work with cutting-edge aircraft interiors and join a global team that takes pride in its craftsmanship and precision.
