Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities Perform electrical and plumbing installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Handle wiring, lighting, sockets, sanitary fittings, and minor repairs in villas, shops, and offices. Respond to customer service calls promptly and complete jobs professionally. Maintain tools, materials, and follow all safety standards. Build positive relationships with customers and represent the company professionally. Actively help grow the business by promoting Smart Flow’s services, building trust, and encouraging repeat clients in the area. Report any material requirements or additional work needed to the supervisor.

Desired Candidate Profile

2–5 years of experience as an electrician, plumber, or general maintenance technician in UAE or GCC. Strong knowledge of both electrical and plumbing systems. Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Engineering or equivalent trade certification. Ability to work independently and communicate well with clients. Should be reliable, polite, and motivated to grow with the company. Basic English or Arabic communication skills preferred.
