*Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.
Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills. Prefer 8 years of related experience with a secondary education in Marketing or a related field.

qualified consulting firms that demonstrate ongoing expertise, successful track
records, and superior customer satisfaction in Oracle Cloud implementations by
specified geography and cloud service module.
About the
Innovation Manager)
will lead high priority cross functional/regional innovation and
business transformation initiatives to drive breakthrough levels of improvement
across ECEMEA CEI partners
ecosystem. The candidate will:
Act as a strategic steward for the top
partners, by assisting them in framing their ideation process and strategic
planning approach to build a sustainable, innovative and efficient business
Ensure cross cluster collaboration in
ECEMEA by creating a proper integration framework and strategy. Ensure
alignment of strategy and implementation of initiatives for top partners, who operate in multiple clusters across ECEMEA
to deliver their value proposition.
Continuously and measurably develop new
processes and optimize existing processes to maximize the value of the CEI
Innovation initiatives.
Roles and responsibilities
Evolve the partner strategic planning
process and approach to define the vision and future state of partner
organization. Identify how changes in the industry and competitive
environment will impact the strategic direction of the partner.
Identify, develop and implement
strategies that support sustainable business and operating models (Sales,
Marketing, operations, finance and delivery) of the top partners to best
position them for future large and transformational opportunities.
Develop and implement practices and tools
to scan the external environment for opportunities such as new and promising
ideas / use cases, emerging technologies, and methodologies. Candidate will
constantly assess these opportunities and interpret their business value for
the partners leadership team in a consultative capacity.
Lead strategic and high impact,
cross-functional innovation pilot programs and initiatives. Ensure that
initiatives and programs have detailed execution plan and fully resourced to
deliver their value proposition.
Collaborate with CEI cluster leaders to
drive full adoption of the initiatives in order to realize the intended
business value. Identify areas where closer integration and communication
across teams can drive value.
These initiatives will positively impact
revenue generation by enhancing top partners service efficiency, building new
service offerings, and enabling them to offer more competitive pricing and
higher quality of service. These
initiatives include:
Strategic organizational designs and
service methodologies to enable partners to generate more expansion deals
Proper GTM, operational, and financial
frameworks to reduce the risk of top partners transformation.
Develop practices and roadmap for
partners developed solutions, vertical expertise, and offering to ensure
alignment with Oracle s sales pipeline.
Framework to help partners identify new
revenue streams and value-added services that increase their bottom-line and
enhance customer satisfaction levels
Efficient delivery model by leveraging
Agile methodologies and value- based tools to provide quicker time to value and
higher quality of service.
Institute continuous sharing of knowledge
and best practices with CEI team during the implementation of new initiatives
and during transition into operations to ensure value is realized. Drive change management and communication
activities to promote a culture and mindset of innovation and productivity
across CEI.
