Roles & Responsibilities
- Precisely measure, cut, and shape aluminum and glass materials according to blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate fitting and functionality.
- Install aluminum frames, glass panels, and related hardware in various structures, including windows, doors, and curtain walls, adhering to safety protocols.
- Operate and maintain a variety of power tools and equipment, such as saws, drills, and grinders, to perform cutting, shaping, and finishing tasks with precision.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand project requirements and ensure correct installation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation of basic knowledge and skills.
- Holds a relevant vocational certificate in aluminum and glass fabrication or a related field, showcasing specialized training.
- Has certifications in areas such as glass installation or safety, reflecting a commitment to professional development.
- Demonstrates 2-3 years of experience in the aluminum and glass industry, indicating practical proficiency.
