Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Interpret and analyze blueprints and technical drawings to ensure precise manufacturing of aluminum components.
- Utilize advanced machinery such as CNC routers and milling machines for cutting, shaping, and assembling aluminum parts.
- Conduct quality inspections at various stages of production to verify that all products meet industry standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to troubleshoot design issues and recommend improvements for manufacturability.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in metallurgy or fabrication is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in aluminum fabrication or a related field.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Experience with various welding techniques, especially TIG and MIG, is essential for seamless production.
