Aluminium Production Supervisor GLAZEMEN MIDDLE EAST ALUMINIUM AND GLASS WORKS

Supervise daily production activities in aluminium fabrication, including cutting, bending, welding, machining, and assembly Ensure production targets are met in terms of quality, quantity, cost, and delivery timelines Plan and allocate manpower, machines, and materials to optimize workflow and productivity Read and interpret engineering drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication specifications Monitor fabrication processes such as MIG/TIG welding, CNC operations, extrusion handling, and surface finishing Enforce quality control standards and conduct inspections to ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements Implement and maintain safety procedures, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and proper use of PPE Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues Track production output, material usage, scrap, and downtime; prepare daily and monthly reports Identify process inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives Train, mentor, and evaluate fabrication workers and machine operators Ensure proper handling, storage, and traceability of aluminium profiles and finished products Support installation or dispatch teams to ensure fabricated items are delivered as per project schedules Manage machine maintenance schedules and report breakdowns promptly Ensure compliance with ISO, customer standards, and company policies
