Roles & Responsibilities

Combines the skills of a quantity surveyor and a project surveyor, involving both site measurement for project feasibility and cost estimation for aluminium and glass structures.
This role requires strong technical knowledge of faade systems.

Required Candidate profile

Perform quantity takeoffs from architectural drawings (CAD) for aluminium, glazing, and cladding projects.
Conduct site surveys to gather data on topography, boundaries, and existing structures.
