Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate a team of cladding installers, providing clear instructions, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance to maintain high-quality workmanship.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any potential issues, ensuring the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of the cladding.
  • Interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications to guide the installation process, ensuring accurate measurements and alignment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in construction principles.

  • Holds relevant certifications, such as a Site Safety Supervisor certificate, showcasing a commitment to workplace safety.

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in aluminum cladding installation, indicating practical expertise and familiarity with various cladding systems.
