Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking to hire a skilled and experienced Fabricator for our workshop operations. The ideal candidate must have proven UAE experience in steel and aluminium fabrication and should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
1.Fabrication of steel and aluminium works
2.Reading and understanding shop drawings
3.Cutting, assembling, welding, and finishing works
4.Ensuring quality and accuracy as per project requirements
5.Maintaining workshop safety standards
Requirements
1.Minimum 5-8 years UAE experience as a Fabricator
2.Experience in steel and aluminium works
3.Ability to read drawings and work independently
4.Hardworking, reliable, and team-oriented
Immediate joiners preferred
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in metal fabrication or a related field is highly preferred.
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in aluminum fabrication and installation, showcasing a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Certification in welding or fabrication techniques, demonstrating proficiency in handling aluminum materials and equipment.
- Hands-on expertise with tools such as saws, shears, and welding equipment, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship in all tasks.
