Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Engages with Engineering, Planning, CAMO, and Logistics to assess current processes and capture system requirements.
- Conducts detailed gap analysis between OASES and AMOS modules to define workflow and configuration requirements.
- Leads data mapping, configuration, and validation activities during the system migration phase.
- Plans and facilitates workshops, user interviews, and functional demonstrations to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Prepares User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts, coordinates testing sessions, and ensures defects are resolved.
- Performs AMOS system administration including workflow configuration, access control, data maintenance, and performance checks.
- Supports integration of AMOS with other aviation systems (e.g., Skywise, Conduce).
- Develops training content and supports end-user training and onboarding.
- Updates SOPs and procedural documents to reflect AMOS-enabled workflows.
- Champion s system adoption by promoting best practices and supporting implementation of enhancements from future AMOS releases.
br> strong>Requirements and Qualifications:/strong>
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Experience in migrating from any Engineering software to AMOS, with strong functional knowledge of the core modules of AMOS.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation maintenance, CAMO, or MRO operations, with proven hands-on experience using the AMOS system.
- Strong understanding of MRO/M&E platforms, data migration, system configuration, and business process transformation.
- AMOS (Swiss-AS) certification or prior involvement in an AMOS implementation project.
- Understanding of Part-M, Part-145 and EASA/FAA regulations.
- Exposure to project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMP).
- Experience in business process mapping and re-engineering
- Strong command of English (written and spoken).
