Responsibilities include:
Provide support in developing content for client projects including client data analysis, document assessment, gap analysis and recommendations design
Conduct Data analysis using Client and external data to understand client performance across the focus markets and identify opportunities for improvements
Work closely with the engagement team, manager and client representative to deliver the projects
Run project work stream on a day-to-day basis, including conducting research and data analysis and synthesizing them to develop insights and recommendations
Contribute to practice development by identifying and creating points-of-view on relevant industry trends, methodologies, collection of industry leading practices, and benchmarking of key performance drivers
Support Directors / Senior Directors on project economics and to manage risk and quality of the project deliverables
Provide client project implementation support at the direction of Director / Senior Director
Support knowledge sharing with consulting teams in other regions to incorporate best practice, source analytical or other solutions to bring global perspective to local clients
Support Directors / Senior in the preparation of proposals for new client work
Manage the initial preparation of formal reports and report presentations to Senior Management review stage
Provide ad hoc support to internal team projects when required
Education / professional qualifications:
A recognised Degree qualification
MBA or Post Graduate studies would be desirable
Experience / Skills required:
Minimum 3 years or more experience in a consulting role with experience of financial services / payments industry
Consulting experience gained within either a strategy house, a Big 4 firm or an in-house strategy function of a financial institution is desirable
An ability to collect and utilise business and industry trend information and to analyse this information effectively by applying numerical and strategic analysis techniques
Strong analytical skills to support customer, portfolio, market or campaign analysis
Expertise in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint to develop crisp client presentations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comprehensive reporting and presentation skills essential
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
