Job Purpose:

 To promote value-based services to the existing customer base.
 Support the Region and Country offices to meet Company objectives for Service Sales.
 Establish and strengthen relationships with customers.
 Identify opportunities and compile commercially and technically viable proposals for traditional Annual Maintenance Contracts for Analyzers and PCI products.
 Constantly strive to enhance the scope and value of services provided to end-users through innovative and creative solutions based on customer-needs.
 Work closely with other departments to identify and promote Analyzer and PCI upgrades.
 Promote Customer training on Yokogawa Analyzer & PCI product range as well as on applications.
 Support the analyzer service team for any site service/project activities and provide technical remote support as required.
 Support the IFAT/FAT as required.
 Visit customers regularly to promote the values of lifecycle maintenance contracts.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

 Lead the Sales and Marketing effort for services, including collecting market intelligence.
 Package and promote the full bouquet of service products.
 Renewal and growth of on-going maintenance contracts.
 Enter and drive service sales opportunities on CRM
 Work with other departments to update the installed base, leading to the development of upgrades.
 Coordinate closely with Sales and Key Account Managers to promote service and training business, and feedback to concerned operation departments.
 Contribute to the creation of effective Service-Sales collateral and Presentations.
 Work closely with the Service and Engineering departments to identify and pursue opportunities
 Innovate to provide value-added services for traditional and non-traditional sales products.
 Contribute to the team effort of achieving Asset Excellence through Lifecycle Management Program, and assist the Performance Solutions BU.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification and Experience:

 Basic Qualification – Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation or Electronics
 Minimum 5 years experience in Analyzer services or projects.
 Should have worked as Project/Service engineer on medium-sized Analyzer projects including shelters.
 Minimum 1-2 years experience as Analyzer service sales engineer
 Well-rounded techno-commercial skills.
 Prior experience on performance-based services from either a vendor or user perspective.


 Past experience in GC/GAS/Liquid Analyzer systems, particularly in Oil/Gas and Petrochemicals.
 Some sales/marketing experience.
 Expertise on computer applications including, MS-Excel and Powerpoint, and CRM.

 Sound fundamentals of Analyzers.
 In-depth knowledge of any major vendor Analyzers.
 Project Progress Reporting and Presentation skills.
 Strong Communication and Leadership Skills
 A team player with pleasant people skills.
