We manage a growing portfolio of stylish, fully serviced Airbnb apartments in New Cairo, providing guests with a premium, hotel-like stay in a modern home setting. Our mission is simple: impeccable service, beautiful spaces, and unforgettable stays. We're seeking a passionate, detail-oriented team member to join us in delivering 5-star hospitality every time.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

  • Handle guest communications before, during, and after stays (via Airbnb, phone, WhatsApp, or email)
  • Provide smooth and friendly check-ins/check-outs
  • Anticipate guest needs and offer personalized local recommendations
  • Resolve issues or complaints promptly with professionalism and empathy

Property Operations

  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure apartments meet brand standards
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to maintain cleanliness and functionality
  • Restock amenities, welcome kits, and guest essentials
  • Manage calendars, reservations, and booking platforms

Administration & Reporting

  • Keep accurate records of guest feedback, maintenance issues, and expenses
  • Support compliance with Airbnb guidelines and local regulations

Desired Candidate Profile

-Minimum 3 years of experience in any job (preferred in hospitality, property management, or customer service) br>-High level of honesty, integrity, and accurate reporting zero tolerance for misinformation.br>-Strong communication skills with the ability to handle guests professionally.br>-Excellent organizational and time-management skills.br>-Ability to manage, supervise and coordinate housekeeping team.br>-Ability to manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.br>-Basic knowledge of Airbnb/Booking.com platforms (training can be provided).br>-Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations calmly.br>-Reliable, responsible, and committed to maintaining high service standards.br>-Ability to work flexible hours when required.br>-Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, email, excel, booking platforms).br>-Professional appearance and positive attitude.
