Job Title: API Support & Integration Specialist (Female)

Exp : 1-3 years

Location: Sharjah

Job Type: Full-time

Nationality : Indian Female only (for diversity)

Salary: 5000-6000


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled API Support & Integration Specialist to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot API issues, and ensure seamless integration of our APIs with client applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RESTful and SOAP APIs, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with both internal teams and external partners.


Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to developers and clients integrating our APIs.

Troubleshoot API-related issues, including authentication, data flow, and response errors.

Guide clients through the API integration process, offering best practices and solutions.

Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve API bugs and performance issues.

Document API specifications, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides for internal and external use.

Monitor API usage, identify trends, and recommend improvements for performance and security.

Work with cross-functional teams to enhance API functionalities based on user feedback.

Stay updated with the latest API technologies and industry standards.


Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong understanding of RESTful & SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and HTTP protocols.

Experience with API authentication methods (OAuth, JWT, API keys).

Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.

Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman, Swagger, or Insomnia.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication skills to assist both technical and non-technical users.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with API gateways (Apigee, Kong, AWS API Gateway, etc.).

Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and data integration.

Understanding of DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).
