Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Summary: The role is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of some of ADGM’s critical applications. With the primary focus on managing the application lifecycle, ensuring efficient operations, and delivering high-quality solutions.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of solutions developed on Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics & Azure, Informatica and other platforms.
- Responsible for the daily operations of the applications. Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of applications through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
- Analyse and understand customer needs and expectations to deliver exceptional user experiences via Technology.
- Manage relationships with application vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Lead and mentor a team of application developers, testers, and support staff. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- Experience in Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Azure, ESB Informatica
- Preferably with experience also in Blockchain and Metaverse technologies
- Managing stakeholder, planning and organisation skills
Managerial Responsibilities:
- Create an environment where team members consistently drive to deliver customer centric robust solutions for ADGM.
- Manages team with full accountability for achieving overall agreed goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education and Work Experience:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
- Min. 15 years’ experience in Technology with proven experience as an Application Manager or in a similar role, with a focus on customer centricity with various technology platforms.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, team management and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience with cloud technology platforms and emerging technologies.
- Strong command of both Arabic and English, with a proven track record of working with government entities and large corporate organizations.
